Today we learnt how to make a favorite desert - JELLY!
1. We watched the crystals dissolve in steaming hot water.
2. We placed our Jelly in the fridge to set in the weekend.
3. Then we tested our jelly the following Monday and had it with ice cream. It was delicious.
4. Now we know how to make Jelly.
The crystals dissolve in water - it basically is sugar and good coloring.
We learnt that a box of jelly weighs at 500gms and for every 500gms we need 1 litre of hot water. We knew that a container of ice cream comes in 2 litres, and so all we needed to do was fill the ice cream container half way because we didn't have any measuring tools.
